Issue:
SD Image Server and Maxx series server experience a crackling in the embedded audio.
Potential Resolution:
Generally, this is caused by a faulty genlock signal. The best course of action is to attach a known good blackburst generator to the system and see if the issue persists. Common problems with genlock are poor or worn cables, unstable or faulty genlock signal.
If with a known good blackburst signal, the issue persists, this could be a result of a faulty audio board within the system. 360 Support should be contacted for additional troubleshooting and information.
