Instant Replay Power Supply Cable Pinout

Symptom:

Various power / no power related issues.

Possible Reason(s): 

Low or no voltages coming from either the main switching power supply or the linear power supply.

Solution(s):

CAUTION:  POWER SUPPLIES CONTAINED IN THIS UNIT HAVE BOTH LINE VOLTAGE AND HIGH VOLTAGE ON EXPOSED RAILS.   CONDUCTING TESTING WITH POWER CONNECTED SHOULD ONLY BE DONE BY A TRAINED PROFESSIONAL.  SEVERE INJURY OR DEATH MAY OCCUR IF TESTING IS CONDUCTED INCORRECTLY.

Check voltages as follows:

Switching power supply:   J6 connector on main board.

NOTE: When checking power on this supply, the supply must be under load.

Note: The power supply used in these systems is an Emerson LPT-42.  The replacement fuse is listed as a Littefuse F2.5AH, 250V, Type 21602.5 .
