Before sending any piece of equipment in for repair it is important to contact our technical support personnel first. In many cases, problems can be resolved with out sending in the equipment or by obtaining parts directly. 360 Systems makes every effort to support products with repair parts for a minimum of 5 years, however, it is always best to check the status of particular system to insure parts availability.
In the event a product must be sent in for repair, technical support personnel will issue an RMA authorization and RMA number to you. Please make sure to follow all of the instructions listed on the RMA Authorization form to insure your equipment is received and processed without delay.
